Brewing Instructions
Hot Brew
- 1–1.5 tsp of blend per cup (250 ml)
- Water: 75–80°C
- Steep: 3 minutes
- Strain and enjoy.
(Avoid boiling water — it can make Sencha bitter.)
Iced Brew
- 2 tsp of blend per cup (250 ml)
- Add water at room temperature or cold
- Steep 4–6 hours in the fridge
- Strain and pour over ice.
